Marketing Specialist

Support a top-producing multifamily sales team by creating sophisticated marketing materials and developing strategic brand initiatives. This role combines sales marketing, financial analysis, and project management to position properties for success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Prepare institutional-quality offering memorandums and marketing packages
• Write compelling property descriptions and investment narratives
• Manage the full marketing process for new listings
• Coordinate property photography, aerial imagery, and visual assets
• Develop and manage social media presence
• Manage high volume of concurrent projects and deadlines
