• Owns and is accountable for pod-level performance metrics, including win rates and quality scores
• Leads narrative strategy for complex and high-profile pursuits
• Establishes and reinforces quality standards and best practices
• Provides strategic review and guidance to the team

• Tracks and analyzes pod performance metrics and translates data into actionable insights
