About this role
Motive is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to drive net-new pipeline from new logo accounts through multi-channel campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM). This hybrid role requires strong execution, campaign management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to increase campaign effectiveness and achieve demand generation goals.
What we are looking for
6- Execute full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns using ABM as a core strategy
- Drive net-new pipeline generation from new logo accounts
- Own selected ABM programs and campaigns from brief creation through execution
- Partner with Content, Solutions, and Product Marketing for content mapping
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations for segmentation, routing, and reporting
- Monitor and optimize campaigns across various channels including email, LinkedIn, and webinars
