Associate Program Manager Digital Marketing

• Own strategy and execution for Paid Social (Meta, Reddit) and Affiliate programs
• Optimize campaigns across Paid Search, SEO, Display, and App tactics

• Collaborate with eCommerce, finance, content, and brand marketing teams
• Lead creative testing agenda and translate data into actionable insights
• Manage daily and monthly budget pacing and optimize spend against targets
