As a Marketing Associate, you will be the primary marketing contact for assigned communities, developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies to achieve business goals. You will collaborate with onsite teams, regional leadership, and external partners to drive brand awareness and engagement through various channels including social media, advertising, and content creation.

• Serve as primary marketing contact for assigned portfolio of sites
• Develop tactical marketing campaigns and asset marketing strategies
