Marketing Manager, Client Communications

RBC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their email marketing program for Direct Investing. You will own the end-to-end production and delivery of email communications, working with cross-functional teams to plan and deploy campaigns, manage automated flows, and ensure compliance in a regulated environment. This role requires precision and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.

• Lead end-to-end email campaign production from brief to deployment
• Build and maintain automated email journeys and triggered communications
• Manage email production calendar and coordinate send schedules
• Ensure all email communications comply with regulations and undergo review processes
• Plan and execute A/B testing to improve engagement and report on key metrics
• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
