HP is seeking an AI Creative, Content & GEO Specialist to lead AI-enabled content creation and optimize Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for complex marketing challenges. This role involves scaling AI tools, developing prompt engineering methodologies, and improving efficiency to enhance visibility across discovery platforms.

• Scale AI-driven content and creative production
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and agentic workflows
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools for content creation
• Create and manage content across owned and earned channels
• Establish best practices, governance, and training for AI-assisted content creation
• Define and track performance metrics for content production and GEO visibility
