Associate Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Associate Social Media & Influencer Manager to drive brand purpose and mission across social and creator channels. This role involves supporting influencer relationships, social planning, content execution, and performance optimization to align with brand objectives and deliver impact.

• Oversee social media content planning, influencer activities, and paid media amplification
• Build social and influencer plans to support brand objectives
• Execute social first content plan to build community and drive engagement
• QA content with brand, legal, product, creative, ensuring platform best practices
• Measure and report KPIs to elevate insights through cross functional conversations
• At least 1-3 years in influencer/creator or social media marketing
