• Own multi-quarter roadmap for email nurture, campaigns, and customer journeys
• Set creative bar for email concepts, copy, and design
• Build, QA, and optimize modular emails in Knak
• Grow and protect prospect database through segmentation and deliverability
• Lead experimentation across audiences, offers, and timing
• Measure and report on conversion, pipeline, and revenue impact
