Digital Marketing Specialist

JCI is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support demand generation programs across EMEA. You will execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, manage marketing automation platforms, and ensure data quality. This role is perfect for an operationally focused marketer who thrives on campaign execution and process improvement.

• Execute marketing automation campaigns including email, webinars, events, and lead nurture
• Build and maintain campaign assets, workflows, forms, and landing pages
• Manage campaign records, audience uploads, and tracking in Salesforce
• Perform quality assurance and troubleshoot operational issues
• Support campaign reporting, analysis, and A/B testing
• Collaborate with demand generation, sales, and regional marketing teams
