Marketing Assistant

HUB International is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support Employee Benefits Specialists in the marketing, sale, and administration of group products. This role involves preparing proposals, managing client databases, analyzing bids, and resolving client inquiries. The position requires strong communication, data entry, and computer skills, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.

• Prepare requests for proposal (RFPs) and client proposals
• Maintain prospect, client, and vendor databases
• Communicate case status with internal teams and clients
• Analyze bids and resolve client questions
• Stay current on new products and marketing concepts
• Obtain and maintain Group I Life & Health Insurance license
