Manager, Social Media

As the Social Media Manager, you will own and execute the social media strategy across all Terminix brands to drive engagement, reach, and customer acquisition. You will lead a team of marketing specialists, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and leverage paid and organic efforts to grow our brand presence and connect with customers.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and customer acquisition
• Manage content plans and collaborate with internal and external teams
• Monitor market trends and adapt strategy to trending content and platforms
• Lead a team of marketing specialists to achieve growth goals
• Utilize social listening to identify brand strengths and weaknesses
• Experience managing social media budgets and influencer campaigns
