Assistant Marketing Manager

Manulife and John Hancock is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to develop and execute audience-led marketing strategies that drive member engagement and support digital customer goals. This role will focus on enhancing awareness and adoption of the John Hancock Vitality program through integrated marketing plans, content development, and performance measurement.

• Develop marketing communications to increase Vitality awareness and adoption
• Manage development of marketing materials including emails and landing pages
• Use data and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimizations
• Execute launch strategies for new Vitality features and member experiences
• Maintain marketing materials for consistent branding and compliance
• Manage campaign timelines, stakeholder reviews, and project execution
