About this role

Arena is seeking a data-driven Marketing Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition and conversion across all growth channels. You will own and execute experiments in paid, organic, partnerships, and email marketing, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn insights into measurable growth. This is a hands-on role for an analytical and curious individual comfortable with rapid testing and iteration in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

What we are looking for

Own and execute growth experiments across paid, organic, partnerships, email, and conversion channels
Identify opportunities across the customer funnel to improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention
Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, focusing on CAC and pipeline contribution
Develop and test landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows
Analyze marketing and funnel data to identify trends and opportunities
4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or a similar role within B2B SaaS
