Marketing Associate

Greystar is seeking a Marketing Associate to collaborate with marketing, onsite, and regional teams to develop and implement customized marketing strategies for their real estate portfolio. This role involves providing marketing support, analyzing performance data, and managing marketing assets to achieve community and portfolio goals.

• Serve as primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams
• Develop tactical marketing campaigns and asset marketing strategies
• Assist with social media strategy, email marketing, and advertising
• Analyze marketing performance data and present findings
• Manage marketing assets and digital asset storage
• Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners
