Marketing & Communications Director

JLL is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Communications Director for a key client account in Seattle, WA. This on-site role will be the primary communications, marketing, and design resource, creating branding materials like signage and collateral to enhance client spaces. The position involves regular presence at client sites with some travel.

• Design and produce signage programs including building identification and wayfinding
• Create customer-facing materials like tenant welcome kits and building amenity guides
• Develop branded materials for facilities operations and project communications
• Produce high-quality graphic design work including infographics and presentations
• Coordinate with signage fabricators, print vendors, and installation contractors
• Develop and implement communications and marketing strategies for account operations
