Senior Marketing Manager: GTM

8th Light is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy and execution for their technology solutions consultancy. This individual contributor role focuses on driving consistent market presence through content, events, and outreach, emphasizing credible expert voices and real stories. You will be responsible for building and running the marketing function solo, reporting to the VP of Growth.

• Owns go-to-market strategy and execution
• Builds and runs the marketing function as an individual contributor
• Develops content engine across owned channels (LinkedIn, newsletter, blog, website)
• Plans and executes executive-level events
• Partners with senior technologists to surface stories and points of view
• Instruments and runs marketing measurement and analytics
