Sr. Growth Marketing Manager

FourKites is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale demand generation programs that convert target accounts into qualified pipeline. This role involves end-to-end execution of email nurtures, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and organic social, while contributing to messaging and brand strategy. You will set demand gen campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with broader company goals through cross-functional partnerships.

• Own and scale demand generation programs from strategy to execution
• Manage paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and email nurture campaigns
• Execute webinars and own content syndication end-to-end
• Manage day-to-day social media channels and community moderation
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on campaign alignment
• Analyze campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
