Regional Activation Manager

Drive revenue and growth as a "feet on the street" marketing professional in the Illinois market. You will coordinate and execute marketing programs, initiatives, and events for consumer packaged goods and retail, ensuring brands come to life and retail initiatives are supported. This role requires strong relationship-building, collaboration, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

• Coordinate and execute regional and national marketing programs, initiatives, and events
• Partner with retail operations and local store teams for on and offsite events
• Ensure successful execution of promotions and product launches at store level
• Manage regional budget and record expenses
• Build strong relationships with customers, external partners, and cross-functional teams
• Provide marketing initiative and event recaps with recommendations for improvement
