Head of Demand Generation

Augment Code is seeking a senior individual contributor to own and build their demand generation engine. This role focuses on creating pipeline for engineering leaders by executing multi-channel campaigns, running experiments, and developing underlying systems. The ideal candidate is an AI-native operator with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in B2B software demand generation.

• Own and build demand generation pipeline engine
• Execute multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
• Implement weekly experiment cadence with stated hypotheses
• Develop and maintain lead scoring, funnel definitions, and campaign tracking systems
• Utilize AI tools and automation for campaign execution and reporting
• Possess strong SQL skills and data analysis capabilities
