Program Manager, Recruitment Marketing – Talent Community & CRM

Advocate Health is seeking a Program Manager to build and execute our enterprise candidate nurturing strategy. You will develop targeted engagement programs to grow talent communities, strengthen candidate relationships, and improve recruiting outcomes. This role is key to bringing our employer brand to life through personalized candidate journeys and maximizing our CRM capabilities.

• Develop and lead enterprise talent community strategy aligned to workforce priorities
• Design personalized candidate journeys across key talent segments
• Build scalable programs to increase candidate engagement and improve conversion
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for talent community strategy and CRM execution
• Lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement
• Partner closely with Employer Brand and Innovation & Experience teams
