Marketing Operations Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the marketing team. This role manages weekly reporting, oversees the marketing inbox ticketing system (Zendesk), and handles field-facing communications. You will also manage ad hoc signage requests, project test new signage types, and oversee vendor invoicing for signage.

• Owns weekly reporting for the Brand Marketing team
• Manages the marketing team's ticketing platform (Zendesk)
• Owns end-to-end process for field-facing communications
• Manages ad hoc signage requests and vendor invoicing
• Supports turnkey local marketing programs
• Requires strong organization and attention to detail
