Social Creator Lead

OLIVER Agency is seeking a part-time Social Creator Lead in London to manage influencer and creator relationships. You will identify, recruit, and manage creators for social content, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and a proven ability to build and maintain a diverse creator network.

• Develop and maintain a robust network of influencers and creators
• Identify, recruit, and manage creators for social content briefs
• Facilitate negotiations and manage contractual agreements
• Foster strong relationships with creators and internal teams
• Monitor and evaluate creator-generated content performance
• Act as the primary point of contact for creators
