Motive is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to execute impactful marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue in priority Eastern regions. This role involves managing events, coordinating cross-functional programs, and tailoring go-to-market strategies for the East region. The specialist will partner closely with sales leaders and marketing teams to deliver exceptional event experiences and manage campaign logistics.

• Execute regional field marketing programs to drive awareness and pipeline
• Manage event logistics for trade shows, hosted experiences, and webinars
• Partner with East Sales teams and Marketing stakeholders for program alignment
• Localize campaigns for specific East sub-regions and target audiences
• Track program performance and report on key metrics
• Support budget tracking and vendor management
