Growth Marketing Manager

NewsBreak is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive partner-led acquisition and revenue growth. This role focuses on managing trade shows and events, enabling global agencies, and expanding the strategic partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will leverage performance marketing and relationship-building skills to generate qualified leads and increase ad spend.

• Own ROI for key industry trade shows and global events
• Build and lead scalable enablement programs for global agency partners
• Formulate and execute integration/referral growth strategies with platforms and networks
• Drive co-marketing campaigns and integration-driven acquisition
• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, or Field Marketing
• Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and attribution models
