About this role
Lead the paid media strategy and execution for Perricone MD in the US, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across key digital channels. This hands-on leadership role requires a blend of strategic vision and executional excellence, managing an in-house team and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize performance and build brand equity.
What we are looking for
6- Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, meeting CAC, ROAS, and Cost of Sales targets
- Manage and mentor the in-house media team, including Senior Managers
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand, CRM, and E-commerce teams for integrated campaigns
- Partner with UK central performance media team for global best practices
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable strategic recommendations
