Growth Lead

Commure is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to build and operate their growth engine from the ground up. This senior role will architect the growth system, manage ad engines, drive net new business by owning the MQL number, and scale marketing foundations. You will work cross-functionally to turn signal into pipeline and be accountable for hitting growth targets.

• Own design, build, and optimization of ad engine across paid search, social, programmatic, and video
• Architect audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
• Own MQL number and accountability for generating net new marketing qualified leads
• Build and operate demand generation engine from first touch to sales-ready hand-off
• Scale marketing foundations and translate strategy into a repeatable growth system
• Instrument the growth funnel end-to-end across Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, Webflow, and BI tooling
