SEO Manager

Clera is seeking an in-house SEO Manager to own and execute our global SEO strategy, starting with the DACH region and expanding internationally. You will be responsible for driving organic growth across traditional search and emerging AI discovery tools, working closely with engineering and content teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape the SEO future of a fast-growing AI SaaS startup.

• Develop and implement multi-market SEO strategy
• Guide technical SEO and site architecture with engineering
• Lead keyword research for traditional and AI search
• Create and commission SEO-optimized content
• Manage SEO budget and external agencies
