Associate Director, Growth Marketing

HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition for its pet food brand, The Pets Table. This role involves managing a significant marketing budget, overseeing a diverse channel portfolio, and driving growth outcomes like ROI and CAC. The position requires a hands-on approach, managing a team and external partners, and collaborating cross-functionally.

• Own and manage a large DTC marketing budget and channel spend allocation
• Accountable for key growth outcomes including ROI and CAC
• Manage strategy and execution across paid social, search, display, affiliate, and more
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies
• Identify, test, and scale new growth channels and opportunities
• Partner with Creative, Tech, Analytics, and CRM teams
