Senior Marketing Manager: GTM (Hybrid)

8th Light is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for their technology solutions consultancy. This hybrid role in Chicago focuses on driving consistent market presence and sharpening messaging through content, events, and outreach. You will be responsible for the full marketing function as an individual contributor, reporting to the Managing Director.

• Owns go-to-market execution and marketing strategy
• Develops and runs content engine across owned channels
• Instruments and reports on marketing analytics and KPIs
• Plans and executes executive-level events
• Partners with senior technologists to develop thought leadership
