Director Performance Media, Offline Customer Acquisition

SimpliSafe is seeking a Director of Performance Media to lead offline customer acquisition strategies. This role involves owning the full performance offline portfolio across TV, Audio, Influencer, and Direct Mail, managing a significant media budget, and driving cost-efficient growth. You will lead in-house teams and agency partnerships, optimize creative and conversion, and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.

• Own offline performance marketing portfolio including TV, Audio, Influencer, Direct Mail
• Manage significant media budget to drive cost-efficient customer acquisition

• Develop and mentor channel managers, growth marketers, and analysts
