Seed Health is seeking a Senior Growth Copywriter to develop performance-driven concepts and copy for various channels including TV, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This role involves writing high-volume, testable copy variations, iterating based on performance data, and ensuring brand voice consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is growth-obsessed, data-curious, and experienced in paid social and performance marketing.

What we are looking for

Develop performance-driven concepts and copy for TV, Meta, TikTok, YouTube
Generate high-volume, testable copy variations for an always-on testing cadence
Iterate on copy using performance data (hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA)
Extend growth-minded copy to landing pages, email/SMS, and other conversion touchpoints
Steward brand voice and provide feedback on agency/partner copy
Partner with art directors, designers, and growth marketers to ship work quickly
