About this role

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager, Online Promotions & Events to lead the strategic direction for their online promotional programs. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing, and Technology teams to drive promotional growth, customer engagement, and continuous improvement across the online portfolio. You will be responsible for strategy planning, KPI reporting, and managing key program execution.

Drive category-level strategy planning with Merchants
Create and execute KPI reporting with key insights
Manage execution of key programs and new online initiatives
Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Operations
Lead a team of 6 associates
Develop and execute business strategies for sales growth and profitability
