Marketing Manager - Defense & Intelligence (NORAM)

Rocket.Chat is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for the defense and intelligence sector in North America. This individual contributor role focuses heavily on channel partner marketing, requiring you to identify joint opportunities, run co-marketing programs, and enable partners to sell Rocket.Chat. You will also manage paid digital campaigns, social media, content, and events, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency.

• 4+ years B2B/B2G tech marketing with defense/intelligence channel focus
• Proven experience marketing to US defense, military, and intelligence organizations
• Track record of running successful co-marketing programs with partners
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, AI search)
• Full-stack marketing skills across digital, social, content, email, and events
• Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
