Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative to manage the entire lifecycle of performance creative for their brands. This role involves data analysis, creative concepting, asset production (including video and static), and media execution across paid social channels. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through a high-velocity creative engine, utilizing AI tools to accelerate production and optimize campaigns.

• Mine performance data and consumer insights to identify testing opportunities
• Develop creative hypotheses and write actionable creative briefs
• Ideate, script, and produce 5+ net-new creative concepts weekly
• Shoot and edit assets across various formats (video, static, UGC)
• Utilize AI tools for asset generation and iteration
• Traffic and launch campaigns across paid social channels
