Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing - Email Marketing

Qualtrics is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing to manage end-to-end email campaign workflows. You will build high-performing email segments, execute rigorous deployment processes, and deliver excellence across global campaigns. This role requires a proactive marketer who can leverage data to optimize journeys and drive innovation in our data-driven email programs.

• Manage email campaign request workflow and ensure timely delivery
• Perform rigorous QA on email content and structure before deployment
• Build and refine target audiences using lead and account-specific data
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience, Marketo preferred
• Strong project management and exceptional attention to detail
