Senior Social Media & Community Manager

Sky Zone is seeking a Senior Social Media & Community Manager to own our brand's social media presence. You will bring our brand to life through engaging content, authentic community interaction, and seamless execution across all owned social channels. This role is key to connecting marketing campaigns, park experiences, and customer conversations to build brand affinity and support demand generation.

• Manage day-to-day publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Foster authentic conversations and build meaningful relationships with our online community
• Capture engaging photo and video content for social platforms
• Serve as the primary day-to-day partner to Sky Zone's social agency
• Monitor social conversations, audience sentiment, and emerging cultural trends
• Monitor channel performance and key social metrics
