Growth Marketing Lead

Commure is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to architect and operate our growth engine from the ground up. You will be responsible for designing the system, building the stack, running experiments, and shipping assets to drive net new business. This high-visibility role requires a deep understanding of funnels, frameworks, and measurement infrastructure, with direct accountability for generating marketing qualified leads.

• Own and optimize the ad engine across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and video
• Architect audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
• Drive net new business by owning the MQL number and building the demand generation engine
• Scale marketing foundations by translating strategy into repeatable growth systems
• Design and own the full-funnel growth architecture, including paid, organic, ABM, and partnerships
• Instrument the growth funnel end-to-end and build reporting infrastructure
