SEO & AEO Manager

Campfire is seeking an experienced SEO & AEO Manager to own our organic search strategy and AI-generated answer optimization. You will drive qualified traffic and pipeline by ensuring Campfire is the go-to source for buyer questions in our category. This role involves setting strategy, executing technical and content programs, and building robust measurement to prove impact.

• Own organic strategy and roadmap including technical SEO and content
• Build and execute AI-generated answer optimization program
• Collaborate with Content and Social Media teams
• Manage technical SEO health and site performance
• Develop measurement frameworks for organic pipeline and AI visibility
• 7+ years B2B SEO experience with pipeline impact
