Group Director, Network Growth Strategy & Opportunity Shaping

This role is responsible for transforming WPP-sourced signals into actionable opportunity briefs, client POVs, and activation requests to drive business growth. You will develop strategic shaping capacity, create repeatable playbooks, and support senior leadership in converting opportunities for WPP Enterprise Solutions.

• Develop client POVs and opportunity narratives
• Translate client issues into opportunity statements and solution pathways
• Prepare qualification materials for opportunity assessment
• Support senior stakeholders on complex opportunities
• Create repeatable playbooks for recurring opportunity types
• Track briefs, actions, and routes for opportunities
