OX & Digital Marketing Manager, Malaysia

Unilever Food Solutions is seeking an Operator Experience Manager in Malaysia to own and champion customer experience for priority segments. You will design and execute experience strategies, including customer journeys, services, campaigns, and content, leveraging data and insights to drive customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver personalized customer interactions and optimize all aspects of the customer experience.

• Define Customer Experience (CX) Strategy for target segments using local data and global foresight
• Develop and execute multi-touchpoint journeys to attract, engage, and retain customers
• Manage SEO, media planning, budgeting, and agency collaboration for paid media
• Drive lead generation, nurturing, and management through to sale
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, personalized customer interactions
• Analyze data, develop marketing strategy, and manage budgets
