Senior Social Media & Communications Manager

PolyAI seeks a Senior Social Media & Communications Manager to lead external and internal communications. This role involves managing social channels, shaping the corporate narrative, amplifying leadership voices, and fostering employee connection. The ideal candidate will develop and execute communication strategies, leveraging AI tools for efficiency, and engage with both enterprise buyers and developers.

• Own social media strategy and execution across earned, owned, and paid channels
• Drive consistent corporate narrative and executive thought leadership
• Build and manage employee advocacy and customer advocacy programs
• Partner with PR, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams
• Utilize AI and automation for efficient content creation and reporting
• Report on key communication metrics and contribute to pipeline generation
