Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to architect and execute our digital growth engine, driving enterprise lead generation for our cloud infrastructure backup solution. You will own the full funnel, from campaign execution to continuous experimentation, leveraging AI to optimize performance and scale our B2B SaaS leader. • Architect and manage multi-channel digital growth engine (paid search, social, display, organic)
• Own end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and budget management for maximum ROAS
• Develop and execute a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap using A/B, multivariate, and AI testing
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools for media buying, creative generation, and UX personalization
• Analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
• 4+ years of B2B SaaS digital acquisition program ownership
