You will be responsible for expanding our user base from tens of thousands to millions by implementing creative growth strategies, leveraging our existing community, and exploring new audience channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer passionate about community building and the craft of writing.

• Define and execute growth objectives for the Studio app
• Leverage Reedsy's ecosystem for referral campaigns and user advocacy
• Grow top-of-funnel through affiliates, influencers, and partnerships
• Collaborate on content creation for social media and events
• Explore and test unproven community growth strategies
• 5+ years of growth or product marketing experience in a fast-paced startup
