Intrum is seeking an experienced Financial Mediation Officer to join their team in Nantes. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to debtor clients, proposing amicable solutions and resolving disputes. You will manage client requests via phone, email, and other channels, negotiate payment plans, conduct solvency studies, and process payments while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

• Accompany debtor clients and propose amicable solutions
• Handle client requests via phone, email, and multichannels
• Negotiate payment plans and conduct solvency studies
• Process invoices, perform preventive reminders, and manage collections
• Ensure file follow-up in compliance with ethics and company procedures
• Experience in customer relations and financial mediation
