We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand building, marketing communications, and digital strategy for Marsh in Hong Kong and Macau. You will execute integrated marketing plans, manage digital channels, and drive demand generation through content and campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management and influencing skills, ideally with B2B financial services experience.

- Develop and execute marketing, communication, and PR strategies for Hong Kong and Macau
- Manage digital channels including website, email, and LinkedIn for demand generation
- Drive content development and social media, SEO/SEM, and AdWords campaigns
- Plan and manage large events and marketing budgets
- Collaborate with regional and local leadership to align marketing with business priorities
- Minimum 8 years of corporate communications or marketing communications experience
