Senior Field Marketing Manager, Northeast

Justworks is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for the Northeast region. This role acts as a local CMO, responsible for driving revenue pipeline through localized campaigns, community building, and sales partnerships. You will manage the regional budget, execute strategic activations, and ensure alignment with central brand standards.

• Own localized GTM strategy and execution roadmap for assigned territory
• Manage and optimize regional marketing budget for maximum ROI
• Design and execute high-value relationship-driven activations and events
• Drive demand generation programs and partner GTM execution
• Foster local community engagement and customer advocacy
• Serve as primary marketing partner to regional Sales team
