About this role

Fora is seeking a Director, SEO/GEO to lead organic search strategy across traditional search engines and AI platforms. This hands-on role involves building technical foundations, experimentation frameworks, and scalable systems to drive growth and shape the company's presence in the evolving search landscape. You will partner closely with various teams to develop strategies, automate workflows, and test new approaches.

What we are looking for

Own end-to-end organic search strategy including technical SEO, site architecture, and content strategy
Lead generative engine optimization strategy for AI-powered discovery platforms
Partner with Engineering to improve crawlability, indexation, and site performance
Develop keyword, topic, and entity strategies for modern search behavior
Design measurement frameworks connecting organic performance to business outcomes
Build AI agents, scripts, and automated workflows for SEO efficiency
