Social Media Specialist

Join QVC UK as a Social Media Specialist to lead the development and execution of social content and platform strategies. You will drive engagement, brand awareness, and social commerce performance across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This hybrid role requires two days onsite in Chiswick Park, West London.

• Develop and execute social media strategy for assigned categories
• Create, schedule, and publish compelling content with an editorial calendar
• Partner with Merchandising, Platform Strategy, and Performance Marketing teams
• Create social-first content with presenters, brands, and external partners
• Track, analyze, and report on social performance to optimize campaigns
• Support social commerce opportunities and collaborate across business functions
