Marketing Communications Specialist

Boingo is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist intern to contribute to high-stakes B2B communications, including RFIs, RFPs, and proposals. This role requires exceptional writing and project management skills, with a focus on translating complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives. You will collaborate across various departments to drive business growth and gain a deep understanding of the company's technology and strategy.

• Write, edit, and polish proposal content and presentation decks
• Translate complex technical, financial, and operational concepts into narratives
• Own the logistics of the proposal process from end to end
• Juggle multiple marketing deliverables simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Partner across Business Development, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Creative Services
• Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills required
